project began with the understanding that the entire condominium unit
needed renovation. The bathrooms were in poor condition, and the kitchen
had almost no storage. The long hallway, typical in a floor-through configuration,
was dark and narrow. We designed an extensive alteration to the entrance,
both bathrooms and the kitchen. The master suite was completely altered
so that the bathroom was generous and the bedroom layout provided views
of the street as well as the second fireplace.
