Program: New warehouse and corporate offices designed for a rapidly expanding catalog mail order business. Bershad's program included facility systems for storage retrieval and shipping, computer room, full-service employee cafeteria, locker rooms, and offices. Bershad provided design, project planning, construction management, and was responsive to various design changes requested by the owner. |
